IIM Lucknow's MBA program is known for being quite demanding for a few key reasons:

Strict Attendance: You gotta show up! IIM L has a rule where you need to attend at least 80% of classes for each subject.
Heavy Coursework: Be ready to hit the books from day one. The coursework is no joke.
Lots of Assignments: Expect a ton of deliverables for each subject, like mid-terms, end-terms, presentations, quizzes, assignments, and projects. On average, there are about 10 things to submit per subject.
Committee Commitments: If you're part of any committee or council, that's extra work. But being involved in events like Manfest-Varchasva can be super rewarding.
Placement Prep: On top of everything else, you'll need to get ready for placements, work on your resume, and attend workshops and guest lectures.

Basically, while you're on campus, you'll be swamped with academics. Time for anything else will be hard to find!
