So, XLRI doesn't actually have a management quota. Everyone who wants to get in needs to take the XAT exam. If you score above the cutoff, you'll get shortlisted. After that, you have to go through a GD-PI (Group Discussion and Personal Interview) round to get admission.

Most other top B-schools in India follow a similar process. Admission is based on merit. You'll need to ace the entrance exam and clear the GD-PI round to be considered.
