I'm currently studying at MAMC Delhi. Should I consider dropping out this year to try and get into AIIMS Delhi, assuming I'm confident I'll be selected next year?

Well, MAMC is definitely a solid choice and has a great reputation in the medical field. You probably won't regret sticking with it. Plus, in medicine, where you graduate from doesn't matter as much as you might think. If you're planning on further studies after your degree, the process is pretty much the same whether you're coming from AIIMS or MAMC.

Also, you could always stay at MAMC and study for the AIIMS entrance exam again next year. It'll be tough, but it's doable!
