Generally, it's tough to get into Acharya Prafulla Chandra Ray Polytechnic College, especially for core engineering streams, without a good rank in the JEXPO exam. From what I know, you'd typically need a rank within 500 to have a shot at the top streams. One of my friends got in with a rank of 427 through the general category. So, without the JEXPO, it might be really difficult.
