College Internship Opportunities :
Since the Ex-PGDM program is designed for working professionals, internships aren't really a focus. However, XLRI has a strong alumni network and career services that can help you explore new opportunities within your current company or find a better role elsewhere after completing the course.
Course Information :
The Ex-PGDM program at XLRI is pretty intense but super rewarding. It covers a wide range of business topics, from finance to HR. The weekend classes and that week-long campus visit really helped me connect with the faculty and other students. Definitely worth it if you're looking to level up your career.
Fee Structure :
While I didn't pay the fees directly (my company did!), I heard from others that the Ex-PGDM program fees are a significant investment, but worth it considering the ROI in terms of career growth and knowledge gained. Check the XLRI website for the most up-to-date figures.
Faculty :
The faculty at XLRI are top-notch! They're not just academics; they bring real-world experience into the classroom. They were always available to answer questions and provide guidance, making the learning experience truly enriching. Their teaching methods are engaging and practical.
Campus Details :
Even though my program was mostly off-campus, the week I spent on the XLRI Jamshedpur campus was amazing. The infrastructure is excellent, and the campus has a great vibe. It's a beautiful place to study and network with fellow students. The library and other facilities are top-notch.
