College Internship Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are so-so. Some companies come for placements, but many seniors had to look for off-campus options to get a decent salary. The college provides some support, but it largely depends on your own efforts to secure a good internship.
Course Information :
I'm doing B.Tech Aerospace Engineering here. Honestly, the course content is okay, but I wish they focused more on practical application. It feels like we're just prepping for exams and not really getting ready for real-world aerospace challenges. Hoping things improve!
Fee Structure :
The fees for B.Tech programs are decent, but I'm not sure if it's fully worth it considering the facilities. I'm paying around ₹2.5 Lakh per year, and while it's manageable, I'd expect better infrastructure and more hands-on learning for that price.
Faculty :
Some teachers are really dedicated, but others just stick to old notes. It's a mixed bag. You'll find a few gems who are passionate about teaching, but overall, there's a need for more faculty who can provide practical insights and real-world knowledge.
Campus Details :
Campus life is a bit of a letdown. It's in Tambaram, which is a safe area, but the college doesn't really organize many events. The buildings are still under construction, and there's not much enthusiasm around. It's pretty boring, to be honest.
