College Internship Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are not heavily promoted by the college. Most students look for off-campus internships. The college is trying to improve this, but it's not there yet. So, if you're relying on college for internships, you might need to look elsewhere.

Course Information :

I'm doing B.Tech CSE here, and honestly, the course is decent. They keep updating the syllabus, which is a plus. They even added Japanese language in the first year, which is cool. Overall, if you're looking for a course that keeps up with the times, this could be it.

Fee Structure :

My tuition fee is around ₹60,000 per year, plus another ₹15,000 for career development. Feels worth it for the academics. Hostel is expensive at ₹82,500 for a non-AC room, and not worth it. No lockers, laundry, and too many restrictions.

Faculty :

The faculty is a mixed bag. Some teachers are really good and supportive, especially the ones with 25+ years of experience. But some are just average. Overall, they're trying to improve the quality of education, so that's a good sign.

Campus Details :

The campus is in Tambaram, which is convenient since it's close to the bus stand, railway station (4km), and airport (18km). They have a hospital for emergencies, but it's not great. The college is adding medical next year, so there's construction everywhere. No proper playground or big hall for events, which is a bummer.
