There aren't many internship opportunities directly through the English department. Most of us had to look for internships on our own or consider other courses like MBA. It would be great if the college could bring in more companies for BA graduates.

I pursued BA English Hons at Asutosh College, and the course was pretty good. The teachers are dedicated, and the updated syllabus is relevant. It's a great foundation if you're planning for further studies in languages or literature. Definitely worth considering if you're passionate about English!

The English department faculty is really dedicated. They put in a lot of effort to make sure we understood everything. They're always ready to help and guide you, making the learning experience really good. The teachers are very supportive and knowledgeable.

The campus is okay, could use some improvements, especially the bathrooms and classrooms. But the labs are well-equipped. The college organizes a football tournament, which is a lot of fun. It's located at Hazra More, so it's easy to get to. Overall, it's decent.
