College Internship Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are there, but you need to hunt for them. The college helps connect with companies, but landing a good internship requires effort and networking. Start early and leverage your faculty connections for better prospects.
Course Information :
I opted for Industrial Biotechnology, drawn by the blend of biology and tech. It's a field with immense potential, though the curriculum could use some updating to better reflect current industry needs. Still, it's a solid foundation for future studies or diverse career paths.
Fee Structure :
The fee structure varies. Regular students pay less compared to self-supporting ones, who contribute towards lab maintenance. As a first-generation graduate, my fees were around ₹4500 per semester, otherwise, it's about ₹5000 extra. It's quite reasonable, making quality education accessible.
Faculty :
The faculty is supportive, especially if you show initiative. They're knowledgeable and willing to guide you with internships and research, but you need to actively seek their help. Building those connections is key to getting the most out of their expertise.
Campus Details :
The infrastructure is decent, though some lab equipment could use an upgrade. The library is fantastic! Sports facilities are okay, but more coaches are needed for various sports. Overall, the campus provides a good environment for learning and extracurricular activities.
